Stonebridge Carras renovated the property which was a former printing plant for the Washington Evening Star and Washington Post and upon completion delivered a 350,000 square foot LEED Silver certified office building. The redeveloped space now houses approximately 1,200 – 1,400 employees within the DC Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO), DC Child and Family Services Agency (CFSA), and the District of Columbia Commission on the Arts and Humanities (DCCAH). Additionally, the building includes a ground floor public art gallery showcasing the vast DCCAH art collection.
